WHEN:
4th Wednesday of every month at 5:45pm, doors lock at 6pm, so don't be late.
WHAT:
We meet once a month to discuss the same book we're all reading.
Those books are chosen off from a range of topics centered on Microsoft Development Technology.
We usually get between 30 - 50 members each month.
We just finished studying C# and .NET, and we're wrapping up WPF 4.
Our next track starts in July and will be SQL/LINQ/Entity Framework
Members help each other overcome stumbling blocks while learning new technology.
In addition, we have mentors (experts) helping us understand all this new stuff.
We are a special interest group (SIG) of the San Diego .NET User's Group.
CURRENT ASSIGNMENT:
We are starting WPF 4 Unleashed on February 23, 2011.
On
July 27th, 2011 - We start our data track! We'll be covering T-SQL,
LINQ, and Entity Framework 4.0, all in one track! Come and learn the
data-side of software development!
